The new Thermapen with burger probe has been designed specifically to be use in burger and fast food outlets and ensures that burgers are cooked perfectly to the correct temperature.<\/p>\n

The burger probe tip\u00a0design\u00a0allows insertion into the interior of the burger patty to accurately gauge when it is\u00a0perfectly cooked.\u00a0The stainless steel disc ensures the correct insertion depth of 8mm\u00a0or 12mm every time! Simply insert the probe (\u00d80.4 mm) into the burger until the disc\u00a0touches the surface of the burger\u00a0to test it has reached the ideal temperature to be cooked\u00a0perfectly.<\/p>\n

The Thermapen with burger probe gives you precise read-out of temperature over the range of -50 to 300\u00a0\u00b0C with a 1 \u00b0C resolution and an accuracy of \u00b11 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n
